Q. What is A Little Treasures Return Policy?
A. Due to the nature of the product, there is a no refund or exchange policy if you've already received your 300 dpi proof or printed product. It is important that you check over ALL spelling and information before approving your final design. A Little Treasure is not held responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information & design flaws if you've approved the final design. I will make unlimited changes for you until your design is exactly as you want it, so it is up to you to let me know if there's an error or something you don't like before approving it. If your product was damaged en route to you I will refund/exchange but do require the product shipped back to me in order to do so.
Q. What's the process to order?
A. Once you've chosen the photo card you want, fill out the order form and payment information in paypal. After I get your order I will put together your unique announcement or invitation. I will send you a proof in approximately 24-48hrs to view and approve of. Once you've decided it is exactly how you'd like it, I will go ahead and send it to the professional printing lab. Once I've ordered your photo card from the printers it will then be drop shipped directly to you using FedEx Overnight. This can take approx. 3-5 business days.
Q. What's including in the price?
A. All prices include the time and talent required to design your announcement and/or invitation, printing and bright white envelopes.
Q. How long does it take to get my order once I place it?
A. It will take approximately 1 week for you to get you announcements and/or invitations once you've approved the digital proof.
Q. Can I get a proof of my photo card once I order?
A. I can send you a digital photo file before you place your order. If you are interested in this please email me on my contact page to request one with all your design options and wording.
Q. How will I know when my proof is ready for me to see?
A. I will send you your email proof to the email address you provided in your form, make sure you check your email (including junk mail) often after placing your order.
Q. Do the Announcements and/or invitations come with envelopes?
A. Yes. Matching sized bright white envelopes come with all announcements & invitations if you order professional printing through me.
Q. What kind of paper do you use?
A. Photo cards will be printed on kodak professional endura paper. Printed press & boutique luxe cards you have the option of three types of paper to choose from #100lbs Linen, #110lbs Glossy with UV Coating & #110lbs Pearlescent.
Q. What size does your custom cards come in?
A. Photo Cards come in either 4x6 or 5x7. 2 Sided printed press announcements are 5x7 and are printed on both sides. Folded printed press announcements are folded to 5x7 in size. Die cut boutique luxe cards come in 5x5 & 5x7.
Q. Can I change anything I want on the photo cards you offer?
A. Yes. You will work one on one with me until you get exactly what you want. I can change any design element for you.
Q. Do you use real ribbons or are they just a graphic?
A. All the designs that have a ribbon on them are graphics. I could make the design with real ribbons if you would like but there would be an additional charge to do so. If you are interested in having real ribbons then please contact me and I will let you know how much extra it would be for the amount you are wanting to order. If you choose this option the turn around time will be a lot longer because I will have to have them shipped to me for assembly and then shipped back to you.
Q. Will the color I see on my screen appear exactly the same when printed?
A. Not always. It's hard to match the screen image you see exactly because different computer monitors display colors a little differently. If your worried about a specific color just put a request in the order form to make sure it is a particular color. My monitor is calibrated to match the printers so I will make sure it is the color you thought it would be. I cannot guarantee an exact color match to something you have already.
Q. Can you create for me a custom photo card design?
A. Yes. I will work one on one with you to get exactly what you are looking for at no additional cost.
Q. Do you offer any other types of stationary, like return address labels?
A. Yes. I can make any other kind of stationary you are looking for. Email me to get a quote on whichever type of stationary you are looking for.
Q. What are your shipping rates?
A. I offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for shipping in the USA and $14.95 for shipping to Canada.
Q. I am in a rush, Can you ship my order faster?
A. Shipping is Fedex overnight drop shipped directly from the printers so it can get to you really quick. It does take approx. 24 hours until it will be shipped from the printers after I've ordered it. The most time consuming part is the photo card design process. If you are in a hurry please watch for your proof and get back to me asap with an approval.
Q. Can you ship internationally besides the US and Canada?
A. I currently do not ship anywhere except the US and Canada. You can however order the 300 dpi file for printing yourself anywhere in the world.
